With over 2000 acres of vines planted across its 21,300 total acres, it is also one of the most sought-after and densely planted sub-AVAs in Paso Robles. El Pomar’s sun-dappled rolling hills and dry river beds of shaly loam, alkaline clay, granite and sandstone allow PasoSecco to grow the ideal Grenache Blanc for The Best Bubbles in Paso, slowly bringing our grapes to ripeness while keeping the acid levels bright and fresh and aromatics high. For our needs, it is an ideal juncture of terroir and wine.
