Cinsault
Cinsault, also known as Hermitage, is a red wine grape with a rich history dating back to the 18th century. Originating in Provence, France, it thrives in warm, sunny climates and is particularly well-suited to the Southern Rhone Valley and many parts of California. Cinsault is known for its high acidity and light body, often producing wines with delicate aromas of red berries, cherry, and sometimes floral notes.
